Shipments

All shipments within Greece are free of charge for orders above 50 euros. For orders up to 50 euros there is an extra charge of 2.50 euros.

Shipments are sent via a 3rd party courier. Delivery time is 1-2 working days. For orders to islands or other difficult to reach areas can be up to 3 days.

For orders from Cyprus shipping is free of charge for orders above 80 euros via registered mail (delivery within 3-5 working days). For orders up to 80 euros there is an extra charge of 8.90 euros via registered mail. For expedited delivery via courier (delivery within 1-3 working days) there is an extra charge of 14.90 euros irrespective of order amount. Contact lens solutions cannot be shipped abroad.

For orders from EU & EEA shipping is free of charge for orders above 80 euros via registered mail (delivery within 3-7 working days). For orders up to 80 euros there is an extra charge of 8.90 euros via registered mail. For expedited delivery via courier (delivery within 1-3 working days) there is an extra charge of 24.90 euros irrespective of order amount. Contact lens solutions cannot be shipped abroad.

Returns

You have the right to return any product, which has not been used, within 14 calendar days of the date you received your order. 

All refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of the date we receive your package. 

To initiate the return / refund process of a product please contact us via email at [email protected].

Returns are not possible and the sale is deemed as final if:

  • The original packaging has been opened
  • The product is damaged / scratched by fault of the client
  • The product was a special order on behalf of the client
  • The product ordered includes prescription lenses
  • The product ordered includes contact lenses / contact lens solutions
  • The client cannot provide proof of purchase or sufficient identifying information
  • The person requesting a refund or return of products is not the same person who purchased these products

Packaging and shipping costs for the return of products are the sole responsibility of the client. The client is responsible for any damage or loss of the products during the return process until the products reach us. The client can withdraw from this distance sale within the legal time frame.

In case you wish to return a product and receive a new one in return, the client will be charged for shipping costs irrespective of the order value.
